SIMPLICITY IS BETTER THAN SHOW
- Which is better? to be simple or making a show?
- I think simplicity shows the real sincerity behind any action.
- Show will last for one day only.
- Sincere affectionate actions will go a long way.
- If you want to invite people for a party,prepare two or three delicious dishes and keep the conversation lively and give company and have a nice time.
- It will be remembered for a long time.
- Making a show,offering a buffet in a grand hotel,spending lots of money with more energy will not last for a long time.
- So many dishes. served by so many waiters with no feelings or affection how does it matter?
- Everyone ,as if they are visiting a hotel will have their fill and walk off sometimes saying bye bye or sometimes without saying bye -bye for they have to attend some important work or for visiting another function on the same day.
- If it is a marriage function,they may attend the reception and not show for the real wedding function.
- It is very difficult to arrange everything in advance, so we may miss many of them to do reciprocal thanking function and giving them their due gift at the right time.
- Rarely in India people know and respond to the RSVP .
- This is not a common practice in India.
- It is very difficult for the host to do justice .
- Printing of the invitation cards in a bombastic way and manner spending lot of money is also not a welcome gesture for all of us are not that very very rich like the few.
- This card will be going to the trash bin the next day.
- Nobody preserves this card and to wish on the said anniversary days.
- This is also very rare.
- The money thus spent can be useful for the orphans and needing children who are not lucky to get support in their lives.
- This is my personal opinion and please take it in the spirit in which it is written.
- This in no way means to criticize and complain those who can afford to spend their money as they wish.
- It is their life. It is their money. They can do what they wish or like.This is the thought for the day.
